The aviation agencies of Russia and Turkey will hold consultations on December 20 and 21, RIA Novosti reports, citing Rosaviation.

“In the period from 20 to 21 December 2016, it is planned to hold consultations between the aviation agencies of the Russian Federation and the Turkish Republic,” the statement reads.

In June, Russian President Vladimir Putin removed touristic sanctions against Turkey.

In the words of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, after the charter flight between the two countries had been resumed, 60,000 tourists from Russia visited Turkey.
