STEPANAKERT. – The adversary violated the ceasefire along the line of contact between the Karabakh and Azerbaijani opposing forces more than 50 times, from late Sunday night to early Monday morning.

During this time the Azerbaijani armed forces fired around 550 shots from automatic rifle weapons, and 33 shots from sniper rifles, the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) Defense Army informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

In addition, the adversary fired twice from a rocket-propelled grenade, in an easterly (Martuni Region) direction of the frontline.

But the NKR Defense Army vanguard units confidently carried out the military task set before them, and firmly defended the frontline. 

The situation is calm at the moment, and it is fully under the watchful control of Artsakh military divisions.
