STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh), Bako Sahakyan, on Monday met with representatives of the NKR Communist Party.
They met within the framework of discussions on the constitutional reform draft, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
A wide range of matters related to the constitutional reforms and the new draft Constitution of Artsakh were on the agenda of this talk.
