YEREVAN. – Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan on Tuesday received Asian Development Bank (ADB) Country Director for Armenia, Shane Rosenthal.

First, the PM expressed satisfaction with cooperation and the implementation of numerous effective programs with the ADB, Press Office of the Government of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. Also, Karapetyan reflected on the government’s priorities, and underscored this bank’s possible involvement in these processes.

Rosenthal, for his part, lauded their cooperation with Armenia, and noted that the ADB is flexible in its programs. He added that this bank stands ready to not only continue assisting in joint initiatives, but to examine the current needs and help in implementing the priorities of the Government of Armenia.

Subsequently, the interlocutors discussed the course of joint projects as well as the avenues for the expansion of cooperation in several domains.
