The Estonian police detained the leader of Tallinn TV station Thomas Lappin, who is accused of appropriation of the TTV property, costing around 200 thousand euros, reports ERR.

"Except for Lappin, there were 3 more people arrested on the same case. Suspicions were also exited against a legal entity. The police are searching their apartments and workplaces. The preliminary conclusion states, that Lappin for several years made TTV pay monthly for the services of a corporation he is connected. The services paid in fact were not provided. It is believed, all these have led to the loss of 200 thousand euros in TTV," the statement reads. Tallinn TV station is supervised by the city mayor, who is affiliated with the Centrist Party.
