STEPANAKERT. – An unexpected incident occurred at line of contact between the Karabakh and Azerbaijani opposing forces.

Conscript Albert Postolokyan (born in 1996) sustained a fatal gunshot wound under yet unclear circumstances, on Thursday at around 2:45am, at the protection area of a Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) Defense Army unit located in a northeasterly (NKR Martakert Region) direction, the NKR Defense Army informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

An investigation is underway to find out the details of this incident.
