YEREVAN. – The diplomatic corps of Armenia needs to endeavor to develop economic ties abroad.

Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan stated the aforesaid during Friday’s parliamentary hearings devoted to the economic component of the country’s foreign policy.

Consumer loans without collateral up to AMD 2,000,000

Up to December 30 consumer loans without collateral up to AMD 2,000,000 will be granted only with annual interest rate of 19-20%

In his words, working steps are needed to form Armenia’s standing as a reliable partner; this, as per the PM, will help get preferential conditions for exporting the country’s products to markets abroad.

“Armenia needs to make maximum use of both the Eurasian Economic Union membership and the commercial benefits in the European Union,” added Karapetyan. “Armenia can become a good partner for those that want to try themselves in the Iranian market.

“Our country is small, with a small market; [this] means that we need to draw investors [to Armenia], with other things.”
