About 10 thousand people living in the OSCE member states have joined the Islamic State terrorist group. Their return to the conflict zone poses a threat, said the Austrian Foreign Minister Sebastian Kurz at the OSCE Ministerial Council, reports TASS.

"Now we know that ten thousand people from the OSCE area have joined the IS terrorists in Syria, Iraq, and Libya, killing and attempting to destroy   religious minorities," he said.
