“The most important feature revolutionizing the world today is the creative idea. This initiative is aimed at discovering and developing creative children and lending wings to their ideas. It’s a pleasant fact that a few years ago famous and experienced professionals took part in the championship, whereas now already school-aged participants surprise us by their creative solutions,” Deputy CEO of the Union of Information Technology Enterprises (UITE), Hayk Chobanyan, said at the event.

Open Game Championship of Developers of Computer and Mobile Games has been held since 2011 under the auspices of UITE and Orange (now Ucom). It is already two years Huawei has joined the championship as a partner.  The aim of the championship is to discover and encourage the youth, which has potential in the area of technology, turning them from game consumers into game producers.
