YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technology of Armenia continues to work towards the quality of the new North-South Highway, which is being constructed.
Minister Vahan Martirosyan stated the aforesaid at his year-end press conference on Monday.

He noted that, in particular, nine crossings and one bridge are being built in the southern (Artashat town) and northern (Ashtarak town) sectors of this motorway, from capital city Yerevan.
Due to winter, however, the spreading of concrete onto the highway has been suspended until spring.
