At least 21 people were killed and dozens were injured as a result of two explosions in Kabul, Afghanistan, BBC reported.

Explosions occurred near the country's parliament building in the moment when the workers were leaving it. Many civilians were among them.

The authorities of the country reported that the first explosion was made by a suicide bomber and the second one -by means of the bomb, placed in the car.

Fighters of Taliban claimed the responsibility for the attack. The representative of the movement stated that the target of the attack was the staff of intelligence agency of the country.
