PACE President Pedro Agramunt has announced, that Russian authority will not be confirmed until end of January, reports Gazeta. "I would like something else. But I deeply understand the position of Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin," said the politician.

As reported earlier, according to Volodin, Russia refuses to participate in the PACE session, unless the organization change its regulations. The Russian side demands to change regulations so that it would impossible to deprive any deviation from the vote, which took place with Russia. Since 2014, Russia has not taken part in the sessions.
