People, who do SELFIE do not necessarily suffer from narcissus syndromes. Researchers of the University of Texas divided selfi fans into 3 groups. The first are communicators, who selfie themselves to involve their friends and customers in a conversation. The second group are autobiographers, whose selfies have a purpose of reminding them about important moments of their lives. Unlike the first group members, they do feel a need of mutual connection. Finally, the third group of people are in need of self-promotion. They record their entire lives. For such people, it’s important to see them in an exclusively positive light.
