YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia received information, on Saturday at 8:29am.
Accordingly, there was smoke on the second floor of the Embassy of Germany in Yerevan, the capital city.
An operative team as well as two fire and rescue squads were dispatched to the scene.
The fire was put out at 8:49.
It was found out that the wires of an electric heater and a picture on the wall in the German ambassador’s room were burned.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia representative at the Crisis Management Center was informed about this incident.
