A tragic road accident involving Armenians occurred Sunday in Marneuli, Georgia.
As a result, a 27-year-old Armenian died, and two other youths suffered injuries and were hospitalized.
Administrative representative of Koti village in Armenia’s Tavush Province, Feliks Melikyan, told Armenian News-NEWS.am that their fellow villager Yeghishe Khachatryan was the one who had died in this accident; he was engaged in agriculture.
“We don’t know the details of the incident,” added Melikyan. “We only know that, from the injured, Arsen transferred to [Armenia’s capital city of] Yerevan, whereas Karen is in Georgia.”
