Armenian priest, Fr. Hrach Muradyan, joined the Hot Food charity initiative in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, according to Plovdiv Live.

The St. John Hospitallers’ Orthodox Brotherhood is the organizer of this initiative.

The Armenian clergyman was distributing food at the entrance of a hospital.

Fr. Muradyan noted that helping a neighbor is a commandment of faith, and that the Armenian Apostolic Church is pleased to support the hospitallers also because the leader of this brotherhood assists the school of the local Armenian community for many years.

This charitable action is organized for the third year. The well-known personalities of Bulgaria—including two-time Olympic Champion, three-time World Champion and a six-time European Champion Armenian Greco-Roman wrestler Armen Nazaryan, who now resides in Bulgaria—also take part in this charity event.
