The initial joy over the election of Trump in Kremlin has changed into skepticism, reports Bloomberg, citing Russian officials.

According to the source, the Kremlin is not so sure, that the relations of United States and Russian will be possible to improve in a short time under Trump. " The initial euphoria about the fact that the White house will be a fan of Vladimir Putin, the Kremlin was replaced by skepticism,” writes Bloomberg, referring to the viewpoint of four senior Russian officials.

The reason for this are statements of the elected president of the United States. In particular, statements on strengthening the nuclear potential of the United States, as well as Trump’s suggested policy in connection with mitigating Russia sanctions against disarmament negotiations.

There is a noticeable shift in terms of expectations from trump in the Kremlin”, — quotes Bloomberg the Director close to the Kremlin, the Center for political conjuncture Alexei Chesnakov. “The Russian leadership now sees that the restoration of relations will be difficult”,  he added.
