Russian, Turkish, and Iranian delegations have arrived in Astana to participate in negotiations, reports Interfax Kazakhstan.

"Currently, the delegations from Russia, Turkey, and Iran arrived to Astana, " said the head of the Kazakh MFA's press service Anuar Zhaynakov. Earlier, these countries had negotiated at the level of deputy foreign ministers.

On Sunday, the UN Special Envoy on Syria Staffan de Mistura and the leaders of Syrian opposition delegation will arrive to Astana. The Syrian governmental delegation will arrive to Astana on Sunday.
