Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev called on fellow Russians to bid farewell to the illusions that Western sanctions will be lifted soon, according to Gazeta.ru news site of Russia.

“It’s time to say goodbye to the dreams that some anti-Russian sanctions will be waived,” said Medvedev. “There is no need to count on the coming of new foreign leaders.”
