As a result of the ceasefire violation by the Azerbaijani armed forces, Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) Defense Army serviceman Karen Ulubabyan (born in 1995) was mortally wounded on Sunday at around 11:25pm, at the protection area of an Artsakh defense army unit that is located in an easterly direction.
An investigation is underway to find out the details of this incident.
