Khamovnicheskiy District Court of Moscow will consider the claim against comedian Yevgeny Petrosyan and his wife Yelena Stepanenko filed by their neighbor.
The latter wants to get 350,000 ruble compensation from the comedian for the restoration of her apartment and attorney’s fees. According to the claim, Yevgeny Petrosyan and Yelena Stepanenko, who live above the claimant, allegedly flooded her apartment, spokesperson for the court, Olga Mishelova, told RIA Novosti.
The case will be considered on February 21. Nevertheless, Petrosyan and Stepanenko have already stated that they were not the ones to flood the luxurious house in downtown Moscow.
