YEREVAN. – An 18-year-old child shouldn’t defend the Armenian borders.
Leader of Armenian Revival (former Orinats Yerkir) Party, Artur Baghdasaryan, said the aforementioned at the 2nd Congress of the party Saturday.
In his words, 150,000 people left Armenia over the recent 2-3 years. “So what? The entire nation should leave the country? It is already the 8th year we have been proposing to allocate 500,000 AMD to each newly-wed couple. We propose cancelling the advance payment for acquiring apartments by mortgage,” Baghdasaryan said.
