The correspondent of Tolishi Sado newspaper, who is also a member of Talish liberation movement, Shakhin Mirzoev asked for a temporary asylum from the Armenian authorities. He was forced to flee from Azerbaijan due to pressures against ethnic and religious minorities and gross violations of their rights. Shakhin Mirzoev and his family arrived in Armenia.
The Armenia Foreign Ministry told the NEWS.am, that Armenia's authorities responded positively to the request of Shakhin Mirzoev.
