The United States will be observer at a meeting on Syria to Astana on February 15, RIA Novosti reported quoting Deputy FM Mikhail Bogdanov.
Mikhail Bogdanov did not specify who exactly will represent Washington at the meeting.
According to him, “Turkey, Iran, Russia and Jordan will be guarantors at the meeting”. Besides, UN representative will also attend the meeting.
