YEREVAN. – A delegation from the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia will carry out an observation mission during the constitutional referendum to be held in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh).
The delegation, led by NA Vice President Eduard Sharmazanov, will be in the NKR capital city of Stepanakert, from February 19 to 21, to conduct an observation mission during the preparation for and the holding of the constitutional plebiscite in Artsakh, the NA informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
