On February 17, the Armenian Minister of Defense Vigen Sargsyan met with the participants of Young Leaders’ Forum held within the framework of the 53th Security conference in Munich.  The speech of Vigen Sargsyan touched upon Armenia's defense system, regional developments, as well as the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Munich Security Conference is an annual conference that has been held since 1962. About 500 representatives from dozens of countries - heads of states, foreign and defense ministers, experts, and media representatives - attended the conference this year. The main topics of Munich 2017 conference are the situation in the Middle East, dangers coming from North Korea, and other global challenges.
