Eldaniz Guliyev, a resident of Azerbaijan, has informed about his intention to move to Armenia, Minval.az news agency of Azerbaijan reported citing a blogger named Azad Kazimov.

Guliyev posted a statement on his Facebook account, and addressed to Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev.

In his statement, the Azerbaijani resident noted that Rovşan Bagirov, the chief executive at Lerik Rayon (district) of Azerbaijan, took away his land. 

Disenchanted Eldaniz Guliyev added that he sees the only way out of this situation in moving to Armenia because, in his words, no one in Azerbaijan will consider his complaints.
