The April escalation in Nagorno-Karabakh not only led to human losses, but was a serious blow the peace process, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
“Azerbaijan launched new military adventure, feeding the illusion that if they fail to impose their position in the peace talks, they may do so by using force. They failed again,” the Minister added.
