The Azerbaijani MFA is tirelessly expanding its “black list.”
Spokesperson for the Azerbaijani MFA, Hikmet Hajiyev, told APA that part of the people, who visited Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) within the framework of the constitutional referendum, have already been “blacklisted.”
“The names of some more people will be ascertained and included in the list of “personae non grata” in a mandatory manner,” he noted.
The NKR on Monday is conducting a constitutional referendum.
The respective constitutional amendments envision a transition from a semi-presidential to a presidential system of government in Artsakh.
