STEPANAKERT. - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh), Karen Mirzoyan, on Monday received Brussels Regional Parliament MP, Serge de Patoul, and Wallon Parliament MP, Benoit Dreze, who have arrived in Artsakh on an international observation mission.

During the meeting, the sides touched on the opportunities and prospects for the expansion of relations between Belgium and Artsakh at different levels, the press-service of the NKR MFA reports.

A range of other issues of mutual interest was also discussed.

The NKR on Monday is conducting a constitutional referendum.

The respective constitutional amendments envision a transition from a semi-presidential to a presidential system of government in Artsakh.
