YEREVAN. – The European Union (EU) considers Armenia a full member in the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA), and this means that the European civilizational arena trusts in the ongoing processes in the country.  

The Minister of Education and Science of Armenia, Levon Mkrtchyan, on Thursday told the aforementioned to reporters, and along the lines of a two-day conference on the quality of education.

“And we [i.e. Armenia] have started the process of accreditation in accordance with European standards,” added the minister. “The National Center for Professional Education Quality Assurance Foundation (ANQA), together with universities, was able to introduce this system [in Armenia].”
