STEPANAKERT. – With its decision of launching a search for European Parliament members (MEPs), Azerbaijan once again proves that its aspiration toward absurd and illogical actions is unlimited.

Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan told the above-said to ARTSAKHpress news agency, as he commented on the Azerbaijani media reports that the Prosecutor General’s Office of Azerbaijan, purportedly, declared an international search for three MEPs, and for visiting Nagorno-Karabakh to conduct an observation mission during Monday’s constitutional referendum there.

And when asked whether Azerbaijan’s “blacklist” of Karabakh visitors will be expanded, Mirzoyan responded that he does not at all intend to follow its “expansion.”

“I’m confident that it will be expanded; its evidence is the annually increasing flow of foreigners toward Artsakh,” added the NKR FM. “Let’s take even at least the most recent event: the referendum on constitutional reforms. Numerous international observers from 30 countries had come to [Artsakh] take part in it [as observers].”
