YEREVAN. - Minister of Territorial Administration and Development of Armenia, Davit Lokyan, on Thursday reported to President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on the priorities on the ministry’s agenda, its programs and the process of the implementation of the instructions given by the President. 

In his report, Mr Lokyan referred to the work aimed at drawing up the 2017-2025 development strategies for all the provinces within the framework of the launched reforms, as well as the regional development priorities, the steps planned after defining the measurable results ensuring proportional development in the provinces of the republic and the expected positive changes.

The minster also reported on the issues subject to mandatory solution within the framework of the five-year development programs of the communities, the investment programs already launched in provinces, identification process of community budgets in respect of expenditures,  as well as the work aimed at drawing up the description of the new concept paper of territorial administration.
