STEPANAKERT. – Azerbaijan on Sunday failed to remove its casualties from the neutral zone, since it breached the respective agreement.

“Yesterday, the Azerbaijani side breached the arrangement,” secretary Vitaly Balasanyan of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh Republic) National Security Council told Armenian News-NEWS.am. “Representatives of the Red Cross and the [Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group] Co-Chairs were there all day yesterday. However, the Azerbaijani side failed to bring out its dead bodies, since it breached the arrangement. The [respective] negotiations are continuing on location, since this morning.”

Five dead bodies of the adversary are still in the neutral zone.

On Sunday evening, the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs issued a statement in this regard.  

On February 25, the Azerbaijani armed forces had launched an attack attempt.
