YEREVAN. - The entire essence of peace in Nagorno-Karabakh is mutual concessions.
Head of the parliamentary faction of the Armenian National Congress (ANC), Levon Zurabyan, told the aforementioned to journalists in the National Assembly (NA) on Monday.
He recalled that the team of ex-president Levon Ter-Petrosyan had aspiration for mutual concessions in 1991, 1994, 1998 and thereafter. “I don’t think that a serious man having logic cannot but understand that peace is a necessity and that it can be achieved through mutual concessions,” Zurabyan noted.
