At least six bodies were found during the last two days around the twin resorts of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo at the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula, ABC News reported.
According to the local prosecutor's office, two women and four men were among the dead. At the same time a woman's body was discovered on a road leading to the airport along with several doses of methamphetamine and marijuana. The bodies of three men were found wrapped in plastic bags and a tarp in San Jose del Cabo.
The authorities consider that the terrible findings may indicate growth of activity of the criminal groups involved in drug trafficking.
