STEPANAKERT. – Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR) Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan, who is on a working trip to the Hellenic Republic, on Tuesday visited the Jenazian and the Levon & Sophia Hagopian Armenian schools in Athens, where he met with teachers and students.

On the same day, in Nea Smyrni, the Artsakh FM visited the monument to the Armenian Genocide victims, and he paid tribute to their memory, the NKR Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Also, the NKR FM met with Mayor Stavros Tzoulakis of Nea Smyrni. On behalf of the Mayor’s Office of Nea Smyrni and on his own behalf, Tzoulakis expressed support to the people of Artsakh. During the meeting, they discussed the prospects and opportunities for cooperation with Nea Smyrni in a variety of domains. In addition, Mirzoyan extended Stavros Tzoulakis an invitation to visit Artsakh.

Karen Mirzoyan also visited the Xatzikiriakio benevolent foundation. The FM of Artsakh highly appreciated the activities of this foundation, with the support of which cognitive visits to Greece are organized for the children of Artsakh, for over two decades.
