The negotiations over the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict do not produce results, said the Polish Foreign Minister Witold Waszczykowski.

Waszczykowski criticized negotiations implemented in Minsk and Normandy formats. After the meeting with the head of the Ukrainian diplomacy Pavel Klimkin, Polish Foreign Minister expressed the need to define a new format for peaceful negotiations, informs Polish Radio.

"Sooner or later we would realize, that we need a new format, perhaps with the Americans. Probably, this format may make it more likely to resolve the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. However, it is Kiev, that needs decide on this issue, "he said.
