YEREVAN. – President Serzh Sargsyan issued a message of congratulations to the Kurdish community of Armenia, on the occasion of Nowruz (New Year).  

“The citizens of Armenia share the joy of Nowruz with their Kurdish brothers and sisters,” President Sargsyan’s message reads, in particular. “Let the opening spring fill your life with optimism and happiness, and further warm our age-old friendship.”
