With a decree by President Serzh Sargsyan of Armenia, Armen Khachatryan has been relieved of his duties as the Ambassador of Armenia to Belarus.

With another decree, Oleg Yesayan has been appointed to this office; his respective diplomatic residence will be in the Belarusian capital city of Minsk.

In addition, Khachatryan has been dismissed also from the post of Armenia’s permanent representative at the statutory and other organizations of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

And Yesayan has been appointed to this position as well.

Oleg Yesayan was recently relieved of his duties as the Ambassador of Armenia to Russia.
