The man who carried out the attack in Westminster, is called Khalid Masood. SkyNews reports, that he has been convicted for several times.

Earlier, the prime minister Theresa May have announced, that the man who had carried out the attack in Westminster, was born in Great Britain and was known to British intelligence services. According to her, the man was a suspected in the case on extremism a few years ago, but he was not the central figure of the investigation. May did not mention the name of the attacker though. 

It was earlier reported, that an unknown person rammed into the crowd on Westminster bridge with his car. The police opened fire and killed the attacker, after he had later stabbed a policeman. 

At the moment, seven people were hospitalized and are in very serious conditions. About 29 people applied for a medical treatment, including citizens of France, Romania, South Korea, China, and other countries.
