YEREVAN. – Tsarukyan bloc is the first, according to polls, but we also have good chances, and I see the prospects for cooperation in this context, one of the leaders of the Ohanyan-Raffi-Oskanian (ORO) alliance said.

Concerning the possibility of cooperation with the Tsarukyan bloc, led by opposition Prosperous Armenia Party chairman and businessman MP Gagik Tsarukyan, Oskanian noted: “We are ready to be stand by the people. I do not want to name other political forces. I do not want to say that we are ready to cooperate with any particular party. Everyone must decide whether he will stand by the people or not. But given the figures that we have, there are real chances to work with Tsarukyan bloc after elections.”

At the same time Vartan Oskanianm, who served as a foreign minister during the presidency of Robert Kocharyan, refused to answer the question which force will come second.

The ORO bloc is led by former Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, and ex-FMs Raffi Hovannisian and Vartan Oskanian.

The parliamentary election in Armenia will be conducted on April 2.
