Canada's government is planning to adopt a legislation prior to July 1, 2018 that will allow usage of marijuana, reported CBC channel.

According to the source, the National Assembly might adopt the bill on April 10, 2017. Anyone at age of 18 will be allowed to use marijuana. Federal authorities will be responsible for the delivery of drugs, as well as will provide licenses for selling the drugs. 

The regional authorities will determine marijuana’s cost and the means of distribution.
