The plane of the Iranian Hasan Rouhani has landed in Moscow airport Vnukovo 2, reports RIA Novosti.
On the first day of his visit, Rouhani will have a meeting with the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. The parties will discuss the state and the prospects of development of bilateral cooperation between the countries, including in the energy sector. Medvedev will also discuss the formation of a trade regime between the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and Tehran.
The negotiations of Rouhani with the Russian President Vladimir Putin will be held on March 28. The parties are going to discuss joint energy projects. By the end of the talks, they will sign a number of bilateral documents.
