STEPANAKERT. - President of the Artsakh Republic (Karabakh/Artsakh) Bako Sahakyan on Monday received Russian philanthropist of Armenian descent Sergey Hambardzoumyan.

Issues related to the implementation of a range of programs in Artsakh were on the discussion agenda, the press-service of the Artsakh press-service informed Armenian News – NEWS.am.

During the meeting, President Sahakan handed the "Mesrop Mashtots" order to the philanthropist for his contribution to implementing significant socio-economic tasks in his homeland.
