Russia does not supply arms to organizations which the United Nations has recognized as terrorist, including Taliban. This was stated by the representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, General Igor Konashenkov, reports TASS.

"Unlike the American governmental agencies, the Russian Defense Ministry does not have and cannot have any interaction with the UN- recognized terrorist organizations and especially any intention to supply arms," said Konashenkov.

Earlier, the NATO commander in Europe, US Army Lieutenant Curtis Scaparrotti accused Russia of helping the radical movement Tailban in Afghanistan.
