STEPANAKERT. – A soldier of Karabakh army was killed as a result of ceasefire violation by Azerbaijani side on Tuesday afternoon.
Artak Rafaelyan (born in 1997) was killed at a military outpost of one of the units located in eastern direction of the line of contact, Karabakh Defense Army said in a statement.
An investigation has been launched.
