STEPANAKERT. - French co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Stéphane Visconti is amazed by the beauty of Stepanakert, the capital city of Artsakh.
The diplomat shared his impressions at the briefing following the meeting between the co-chairs and Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan on Tuesday.
He first expressed satisfaction with the visit to Stepanakert, noting that it was his first visit there although he had been to Caucasus several times even when young. The French co-chair stressed that his first impressions are absolutely positive, the beauty of the city being a surprise to him.
Asked whether he managed to see Stepanakert, he noted that they have defintely managed doing that.
