STEPANAKERT. - President of the Artsakh Republic (Nagorno-Karabakh/NKR) Bako Sahakyan on Wednesday called an enlarged consultation dedicated to the implementation of the constitutional reforms in the country.

At the outset of the consultation, NKR Defense Minister Levon Mnatsakanyan presented a report on the activities carried out in the sphere of army building following the end of the Four-Day April war, the press-service of Karabakh President's Office informed Armenian News - NEWS.am

In his speech, Bako Sahakyan noted that the reforms require comprehensive, systematic, long-term, active and task-oriented work by the public system. 

He also stressed that the conscious attitude of all the concerned and responsible persons towards the solution of set tasks, coordinated and agreed team work and exertion of considerable efforts will guarantee the successful implementation of the constitutional reforms. Furthermore, the President expressed conviction that efficient work will be carried out and everything possible will be done to ensure the implementation of the constitutional reforms and the Constitution.

National Assembly Speaker Ashot Ghoulyan, PM Arayik Haroutyunyan, as well as the representatives of the republic's legislative, executive and judicial powers attended the consultation.
