Syrian Armenian entrepreneur Kevork Karapetyan has sued the Turkish government for plundering his plant.

Karapetyan told Armenian News – NEWS.am that the Syrian Government supported him in making the claim. The entrepreneur has assessed the damage at $1,241,000, he told Armenian News – NEWS.am.

When Aleppo was under the occupation of terrorists, machine units were taken out of the  metal processing plant belonging to Karapetyan. “In fact, they were taken to Turkey. I know and substantiate this in my claim. Since my claims are substantiated, Bashar al-Assad’s government is supporting me. I know that I have to wait long. But even if I don’t see, my children will certainly see [justice served],” he said.

Currently (after the liberation of the city with the support of Russian Aerospace Forces), the plant continues to function but Kevork Karapetyan wants to open a new industry in Armenia as well.
